A strategic partner for professional learning providers in regulated domains. We help you decide what to build — before your competitors, before regulators make it obvious, before learner demand peaks.
By the time most providers react, the market window has already shifted. We eliminate guesswork before a single development decision is made.
Our thesis
“Most compliance courses miss not because they lack depth – but because they lack foresight.”
Courses designed around yesterday's regulatory environment miss where compliance is actually heading.
Created without confirming real market pull, leaving providers exposed to speculative investment.
Content architecture that does not track how regulation shifts in practice over time.
Designed for content volume, not adoption. Deep does not always mean commercially viable.
We partner at the concept stage — before outlines, before content investment, before decisions are locked in.

Identifying real market pull before trends peak - so your portfolio is ahead of the curve, not chasing it.
Structured for clarity, scale, and multi-format adoption - from 2-hour modules to custom programmes.
Designed to justify value-led pricing and age well - so your content earns its price point years after launch.
Packaged for fast platform acceptance and white-labelling - reducing time-to-revenue significantly.
All modular, available in 2-hour or 4-hour formats, and designed for self-paced online, live virtual, or in-person delivery. All white-label ready. Open to customisation as deemed fit for your training requirements and learner cohorts.
We design custom courses built around your learners and market demand signal — not off-the-shelf content repurposed to fit.
Tell us your audience. We’ll build from the ground up.
Courses combine into structured programmes — Modern AML Systems, AI & Technology Risk in Compliance, and Third-Party & Operational Risk. Custom pathways aligned to your organisation's risk profile and regulatory priorities.

No commitment, no pitch deck, no proposal sent uninvited. The Course Concept Conversation is a focused 30-minute call where we look at what you are considering building or licensing, what the market context is, and whether there is a strong commercial case to pursue. You will leave with a clearer view of the opportunity — whether or not we end up working together. We do not have a sales team chasing follow-ups. The first call is genuinely diagnostic, not a funnel.
We can — but we would be doing you a disservice if we started there. Most courses that underperform were not poorly built — they were built on assumptions that were never tested. Before we touch architecture or content, we run a short Discover and Validate stage to confirm there is real market pull. If your idea holds up, you launch with confidence. If it needs repositioning, you find out before you have spent the budget.
Yes — and this is one of the fastest paths to revenue we offer. For platforms, we have two routes. White-label licensing: take our existing accredited compliance and GRC catalogue, brand it as your own, and distribute immediately — no development time, no content risk. Co-development: we identify a gap in your catalogue, validate the commercial case, and build something you own and distribute exclusively. Both are aggregator-ready from day one.
Our core expertise sits in AML, financial crime prevention, KYC and CDD, sanctions compliance, risk management, ESG, and broader GRC frameworks. These are the areas where our regulatory intelligence is deepest and where we move fastest. If your topic sits adjacent — data privacy, cybersecurity compliance, operational resilience — we will tell you candidly in the first conversation whether we are the right partner. We would rather refer you well than overpromise.
Three sources, used together. Regulatory signals - we track what financial regulators and standards bodies are publishing and enforcing. Regulation moves in a predictable arc: policy consultation precedes enforcement by 12 to 36 months, making demand foreseeable if you know where to look. Technology-driven skill gaps - where new tools are outpacing workforce knowledge. Whitespace analysis - where learner demand is unmet by existing providers. Together, these tell us what has real commercial pull before the market has reacted.
An instructional designer executes a brief. We write the brief. Our work happens before a designer is ever needed — identifying which topics the market is moving toward, validating commercial pull, and designing course architecture for aggregator and enterprise distribution. We also bring deep domain expertise in AML, GRC, and financial crime compliance, so we are not learning your industry while we work. Most freelancers build what you ask for. We help you figure out what to ask for in the first place.
Both. Repositioning an existing course is often faster and more commercially impactful than building something new. If a course is not selling, the problem is almost never the content quality — it is usually the positioning, the target audience definition, the pricing structure, or the distribution channel. We diagnose which of these is the issue, recommend the minimum intervention needed, and help you relaunch with the right framing. Sometimes a course just needs to be pointed at a different buyer.
We do not publish a rate card because scope varies significantly depending on whether you need a single course validated, a full portfolio built, or a white-label arrangement. What we can tell you is that engagements are structured in clear stages - Discover, Validate, Deploy - and you are never committed to the full scope upfront. Many clients start with a contained Discover and Validate piece before deciding whether to proceed to a full build. Your initial investment is modest. Every decision to go further is based on evidence, not a promise.
